Each study is encrypted in the browser and delivered directly to sealed storage, so imaging never passes through our servers in the clear. Clinical institutions and hospitals send studies at no cost; research institutions cover delivery.
HIPAA-aligned by architecture. Studies are encrypted at the endpoint and move directly between the browser and sealed storage — the control plane authorizes, audits, and meters each transfer but handles the imaging payload as ciphertext only; the pixels are never decrypted on our servers. Patient identifiers used for routing are encrypted at rest and excluded from billing entirely. Every transfer is governed by Business Associate Agreements and recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail.
